When MTSV was first built in 1917, it was New Again for that era, and 1 Hotel is New Again for the present after its completion in 2022. As a heritage building, MTSV will always exist, while the surrounding buildings and spaces are likely to change in the future.

- Through the installation - the View Finder, let people recognize New Again and the coexistence of old and new from the process and final outcome.

- Promote people to pay more attention to MTSV and guide them to think about the architecture of different ages appearing in a new space at the same time.

- The coexistence of the old and the new should not just be physically connected.
